About Me

Hello, I’m Prasanna Kommajosyula.

I hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Hyderabad (Hyderabad Central University) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from NIIT. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse roles that brought together my interests in mathematics, education, and technology. I began my professional journey in the Research & Development Division of the Software Department at ECIL, and later worked as a Data Analyst at Kensoft Infotech and as a Group Leader at NIIT, Vashi, Mumbai.

Teaching Mathematics has always been close to my heart. At present, I am a homemaker, and I have devoted much of my time to supporting my children in their education and professional pursuits. I am immensely proud that both my children, Medha Kommajosyula and Aniruddh Kommajosyula, are graduates of IIT Madras.

About This Website

This website was created with a simple purpose—to help students and aspirants prepare for Carnatic Music theory examinations, whether they are pursuing Certificate, Diploma, Sangeetha Visarada, M.A. (Music), or theory examinations conducted by various universities and institutions.

Over the years, the website has reached and benefited many learners. The testimonials and feedback from students are a source of immense encouragement and motivation. It is especially gratifying to know that the resources created with care and dedication continue to help students and music aspirants across generations.

My aim has always been to make Carnatic Music theory accessible, structured, and easier to learn, while helping students prepare with greater confidence for their examinations.

Above all, I believe that sharing knowledge is one of the most meaningful ways of contributing to the world of music and education.

And, on a personal note, there is one simple truth that defines me:

“My kids are my world.”

Thank you for visiting my website. I sincerely hope you find the resources useful and that they support you in your Carnatic Music journey.

With warm wishes,
Prasanna Kommajosyula
